Magical experience in the heart of Nairobi’s National Park
I did a morning safari with Blue Lilac Tours and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Kenya. Edna, the coordinator, was incredibly responsive and helped us plan everything around our afternoon flight, timing was spot on. Our guide, Teddy, made the experience unforgettable. He was kind, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what he does.
We were lucky to see three of the Big Five (rhino, buffalo, and lion), and many more, and watching such incredible wildlife just meters away from us, so close, was something magical I’ll never forget. The contrast of nature and city skyline also made the safari even more surreal.

Blue Lilac is amazing. They built a custom trip for me based on my goals. I visited national parks in Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda and saw wildlife closer than I ever imagined, to include the Big 5 and mountain gorillas and chimpanzees. The guides were wonderful, the hotels were fantastic, and the food was delicious.
My entire trip was seamless, which is incredible given that I chose overland travel and they coordinated across countries with different languages and customs. This trip far exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much to Edna and her team for a dream come true trip that I will never forget.

While in Nairobi for a business conference, I was able to arrange for an overnight trip to Amboseli National Park. Blue Lilac was very accommodating to find something that worked for my schedule my guide, Sebastian was fantastic.
He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and perhaps even very lucky as we were able to see everything I had hoped for in Amboseli. The highlight was our sunrise game drive.

Pretty good in general. Big Sebastian is an experienced guide and good driver，introducing every animal we met in the journey. He was very patient so we were able to coordinate time & place and solved many issues. Guide with a sense of boundaries made our trip easy and chill. Also the price is relatively fair. Tho we pay extra off-road fee in Masai, it perhaps is given to the park.
